Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with universities for admissions and documentation.
- Lead and manage the Admission Support Team.
- Guide students on admissions, eligibility, and course selection.
- Handle student queries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain accurate admission records and ensure compliance with university guidelines.
Requirements:
- 4–5+ years of experience in Admission Support or Student Counselling.
- Strong communication, team management, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
