We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Dental Receptionist with excellent English communication skills. Candidates with a sales, hospitality, or customer relationship background will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients professionally.
- Manage appointments, calls, WhatsApp, and front desk operations.
- Explain treatment plans and create customised treatment packages.
- Counsel patients and convert consultations into treatment acceptance.
- Follow up with patients and maintain strong patient relationships.
- Handle billing, payments, and clinic management software.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Robust communication, sales, and persuasion skills.
- Presentable, organised, and proactive.
- Experience in healthcare, sales, hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service is preferred.
