- Patient Flow Management: Monitor patient movement across registration, vision testing, doctor consultation, dilation, and billing to reduce waiting times.
- Staff Coordination: Supervise front office personnel, optometrists, eye care counselors, and floor nurses; manage duty rosters and daily assignments.
- Doctor & Clinic Prep: Coordinate with ophthalmologists to manage daily patient loads and ensure examination and diagnostic rooms are fully prepped.
- Grievance Handling: Address patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Compliance & Quality: Enforce hospital Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and facility cleanliness.
- Reporting: Maintain daily visit records, track performance metrics, and submit operational summaries to hospital administration
Pay: ₹11,934.66 - ₹30,876.13 per month
