About the Role:

Omniveda HR Solutions is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to lead and manage end-to-end statutory compliance, labour law advisory, payroll compliance, and regulatory audits for our clients across multiple industries

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end statutory compliance under PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable labour laws.
- Conduct compliance audits and ensure timely statutory filings and documentation.
- Advise clients on labour law compliance, HR policies, and statutory obligations.
- Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and client representatives.
- Support payroll compliance, employee records, and statutory registers.
- Prepare compliance reports, MIS, and client presentations.




- Monitor legislative changes and provide timely compliance updates.

Eligibility:

- Graduate (LLB/MBA HR/MLW preferred).
- 3 – 8 years of experience in Labour Law, Statutory Compliance, Payroll Compliance, or HR Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Central & State Labour Laws and statutory regulations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and client management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and compliance audits.
