Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and production teams.
- Handle order execution from sampling to final shipment.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, production, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare costing sheets and maintain T&A; (Time and Action) plans.
- Ensure quality standards and on-time delivery.
- Maintain merchandising documentation and reports.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Textile, Fashion, Apparel, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in garment merchandising (preferred).
- Good knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.

Location: Tripur
Salary: Based on experience.
