We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Engineer to join our team. The role is site-based and involves assisting with the execution, supervision, and coordination of construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of engineering principles and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

- Monitor daily site activities to ensure work is progressing as per project plans, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and other site personnel to ensure productive workflow.

Technical Support:

- Assist in setting out, levelling, and surveying at the site.
- Interpret and ensure adherence to technical drawings, specifications, and design plans.

Quality Control:

- Ensure materials used meet the required standards and specifications.
- Conduct inspections to maintain quality and resolve on-site issues promptly.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of site progress, material usage, and labor deployment.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.

Health and Safety Compliance:





- Implement and monitor safety protocols on-site to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Identify potential hazards and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.

Coordination:

- Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth collaboration between multiple teams and departments.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Diploma/bachelor’s degree in E&E;, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience in site execution and construction projects.
- Locations : Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Tamilnadu and Pune.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.

Key Requirements:

- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as needed.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and codes.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
