We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented E-commerce Product Listing Executive to join our growing e-commerce team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with product data, creating accurate product listings, and ensuring products are presented consistently across all online sales channels.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining product listings across our websites and online UK and European marketplaces like Amazon, eBay etc. Accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail are essential, as you’ll be working with large product catalogues and ensuring all product information is complete and correct before products go live.
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and publish new product listings on our websites and marketplaces.
Upload and manage product images, lifestyle images, videos, and downloadable documents.
- Perform regular catalogue audits to ensure information remains accurate and consistent.
Work closely with Buying, Marketing, Warehouse, and Design teams to ensure timely product launches.
- Assist with product feed updates and catalogue maintenance where required.
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in an e-commerce product listing, catalogue management,
or data entry role.
- Experience using Amazon, Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, or another e-commerce platform.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent written English.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large spreadsheets.
- Comfortable handling large volumes of product information.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Desirable
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or other marketplace platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO for product pages.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity.
- Basic image editing skills using Photoshop or Canva.
- Experience working with product feeds or PIM systems.
