Welcoming guests, assisting in table allocation, and ensuring prompt and courteous service. They take orders accurately, guide waiters and stewards, and ensure all guest requirements are met efficiently.
Monitors service standards, maintains cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant, and handles guest complaints or special requests professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely food delivery, ensure proper billing process, and support in upselling food and beverages to increase revenue.
Train and supervise junior staff, maintain shift reports, and ensure overall discipline and grooming standards in the restaurant.
