- Oversee daily café operations and team performance.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage inventory, cash, and store hygiene.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and SOP compliance.
Who Can Apply:
- 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Café Manager.
- Experience in cafés, coffee chains, or the F&B; industry.
- Solid leadership, communication, and operational skills.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
