Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for timely inspection of components as per laid down standards
- Prepare inspection reports of each and every components inspected and suggest reject or rework if required
- To coordinate with production department for any fault.
- Prepare ISO 9001:2008 controlled documents files and test records on time and in accurate manner.
- Documentation of the inspection results accurately
- Coordination for calibration of test equipments and fixtures.
- Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation of the same.
- To be in contact with suppliers of the inputs for improvements of the quality
- Evaluate problems and make initial recommendation for reduction of rejection.




- Provide feedback to assembly and testing department regarding accuracy of the assembly procedure.
- Maintain the inward and outward movement record of dye patents and lag lug
- Creating the drawings of current parts
- To get involved in the design and development activities along with the reporting head.
