Business Development Executive – Full-Time

Minimum 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting.
- Develop and maintain solid client relationships to understand staffing and recruitment needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with company capabilities.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to successfully close sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets within defined timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills..
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
