Mediwell Biotech is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations. The candidate should be capable of handling statutory compliances, maintaining employee discipline, and overseeing overall plant administration activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
- Handle PF, ESI challans, payroll, and labor law compliance.
- Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and HR policies.
- Maintain HR records and ensure statutory compliance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or pharma.
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
