Job Overview

Arena Animation Raipur is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Educational Counselor who can guide and counsel students interested in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, and Multimedia courses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to understand student career goals, and a strong passion for helping students build successful careers in the creative industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling

- Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, and Multimedia.
- Understand student interests and recommend suitable courses.
- Provide detailed information about course structure, curriculum, and career opportunities.

Lead Management

- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone inquiries, and online leads.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Convert inquiries into admissions.

Admission Process

- Guide students through the admission process and documentation.
- Maintain student inquiry and admission records.
- Coordinate with the academic team for batch scheduling.

Marketing Support

- Participate in seminars, career counseling sessions, and educational events.




- Assist in school/college visits and promotional activities.
- Support digital marketing campaigns by responding to leads.

Relationship Building

- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain a positive brand image of Arena Animation Raipur.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and counseling ability
- Good knowledge of creative industry careers
- Basic computer and CRM handling skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Experience in Education Counseling / Academic Counseling / Sales preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply

Experience

- 0 – 3 years experience in educational counseling or admissions

Salary

- ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + incentives (based on experience)
