- Role Summary:
- Crystal Group is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineering graduates to join our engineering team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain practical exposure to refrigeration systems, reefer containers, and cold chain engineering while working alongside experienced professionals. The successful candidate will assist in engineering operations, preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and technical support activities. Success in this role requires a strong learning attitude, technical aptitude, and willingness to work in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.

- Experience Requirements:
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Internship or industrial training experience in refrigeration, HVAC, maintenance, manufacturing, or related engineering fields will be preferred.





- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of refrigeration and mechanical systems.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance of reefer containers and cold chain equipment.
- Participate in equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Prepare service reports, inspection records, and maintenance documentation.
- Ensure engineering activities comply with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of engineering assignments.
- Assist senior engineers in executing technical projects and customer support activities.
- Follow company SOPs, engineering standards, and safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of engineering tools and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Participate in technical training and on-the-job learning programs.
- Stay updated with refrigeration technologies and engineering best practices.
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge and practical engineering skills.

- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.
