About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and dedicated English Teacher to teach students from Classes 1 to 5. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a child-friendly approach, and the ability to make language learning engaging and effective.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for Classes 1–5.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, comprehension, and basic communication skills.
- Use creative teaching methods, activities, stories, games, and age-appropriate learning resources.
- Develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and classroom activities.
- Assess students’ learning through classwork, tests, projects, and other activities.
- Maintain accurate records of students’ academic performance and progress.
- Provide individual attention and support to students who need additional help.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Encourage students to participate in discussions, storytelling, reading,



and other language-based activities.
- Coordinate with parents and school authorities regarding students’ academic development when required.
- Participate in school events, assemblies, celebrations, and co-curricular activities.
- Follow the school’s academic curriculum, policies, and teaching standards.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English or a relevant field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Prior experience teaching Classes 1–5 will be an advantage.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Good classroom management and student-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital teaching tools and technology.
