We are seeking a sincere and proactive Accounts Assistant with working knowledge of US accounting, taxation, payroll, and bookkeeping to handle day-to-day accounting work for US clients.

Core Responsibilities

- US bookkeeping and accounting
- Preparation & assistance in US tax returns - Form 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065
- US payroll processing and compliance - Forms 940, 941, W-2, W-3
- Sales tax returns and routine accounting compliance
- Maintain accurate books and client financial records

Key Requirements

- Knowledge of US Accounts, Taxation & Payroll
- Experience with QuickBooks & MS Excel (mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Job Details (Very Significant)

- Shift: Night Shift – 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
- Work Mode: On-site only (NO Work From Home)
- No pickup & drop facility
