Roles and Responsibilities

- Good knowledge and understanding of SAP B1 functional modules
- Prepare Business Blue Print & AS-IS Process as per Business Requirement
- To support SAP B1 modules Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Accounts. (Preferred)
- Template distribution and data gathering
- Company Configuration/Initialization
- Define the detailed functional requirements and related documentation
- Knowledge about the current business process, design current business flows, study current business processes and understand complexity.
- Module-wise GAP Analysis and To be Map Accordingly
- Master data configuration (Data template preparation and Migration)
- Preparation of Change request/current requirements specification document (RSD)
- Coordination with the technical team for Change Request (RSD)
- Data Preparation and Migration Balances (Customers/Vendors/GL/Product)
- Crystal Reports Preparation
- Responsible for Post (go live) support
- Full Cycle Implementation and Go live
