Key Responsibilities

- Deal Sourcing and Closing
- Sell premium commercial office spaces.
- Lease retail and industrial spaces.
- Partner with corporate and HNI clients.

Client Relationships

- Propose suitable property options.
- Match properties to client needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor.

Field Execution

- Conduct client meetings.
- Handle site inspections across Mumbai.
- Ensure smooth transaction closures.

Network Building

- Build ties with property owners.
- Connect with developers and brokers.
- Track data on CRM software.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience Minimum 1 year required.
- Real estate background preferred.

Education

- Undergraduates are eligible to apply.

Communication

- Basic verbal communication skills.
- Basic written communication skills.





Vehicle Requirement

- Must own a bike or two-wheeler.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.

Mobility

- Comfortable visiting multiple locations.
- Able to travel across Mumbai.
