About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2 years of professional experience in creating engaging visual content for digital and print media. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and a positive sense of typography, color, and layout.

You’ll collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with brand identity and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Design compelling visual assets for digital platforms (social media, website, email campaigns, ads, etc.) and print materials (brochures, posters, packaging, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create designs that communicate key messages effectively.
- Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all visuals and marketing channels.
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Prepare final artwork for production and ensure quality output across media formats.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools,



and best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a creative agency, startup, or in-house design team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or Canva is a plus.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
- Experience designing for social media, web, and print.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing creative and technical design skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of UI design or branding systems.
- Experience with photography, illustration, or animation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
