We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager – IT Services to lead revenue growth and manage high-value client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive current business development for IT services including software development, web & mobile solutions, blockchain and SaaS products
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Identify new markets, channels and partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, founders and decision-makers
- Lead client meetings, presentations, demos and commercial negotiations
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to prepare proposals, scopes and timelines
- Maintain and manage sales pipeline and CRM
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports and performance reviews

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in IT services sales or software solutions sales
- Proven track record of closing mid to large-ticket B2B deals
- Strong understanding of software development services and technology solutions




- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience handling international clients and enterprise accounts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Preferred Skills:

- Experience selling blockchain, Web3, fintech or AI-based solutions
- Strong proposal and pricing strategy experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
- Team handling or mentoring experience is a plus
