About the Role

As a Junior Associate / Associate : German Speaker (C1/C2), you will play a key role in connecting our clients - leading global investment firms, consultancies, and corporations with top industry experts who provide valuable insights for critical decision-making.This role combines research, stakeholder management, and fast-paced communication, ideal for professionals who are intellectually curious, organized, and thrive in a high-performance environment.Additionally, please note that this role follows a hybrid working model wherein the standard working hours are 12 PM to 9:30 PM (IST) on work from home days and 10 AM to 7:30 PM on work from office days. We will share further details during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

- Expert Identification & Recruitment: Source, screen, and engage with senior industry professionals and subject-matter experts across various sectors.
- Client Engagement: Understand client project needs and deliver relevant experts within tight deadlines
- Market Research: Conduct desk research to map target industries, identify thought leaders, and analyze market landscapes.
- Relationship Management:



Build and maintain a strong expert network, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Coordinate scheduling, track project progress, and ensure compliance with internal and client-specific protocols.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with international teams to ensure seamless project delivery across time zones.

What You will Bring

- Minimum C1 level of fluency in German
- A Bachelors or masters degree in business, Economics, Management, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - confident speaking with senior executives.
- Analytical and research abilities with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- A self-starter mindset - proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in fast-moving situations.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
