Job description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Production Coordinator to oversee daily shop floor activities and ensure production targets are achieved. The ideal candidate should possess good leadership and communication skills, be able to coordinate with workers, and maintain smooth production operations. "Fresh graduates with relevant engineering or production qualifications and strong communication skills may also apply."

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day production activities.
- Coordinate and guide shop floor workers.
- Monitor daily production targets and ensure timely completion.
- Allocate manpower efficiently based on production requirements.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and workplace safety.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
- Monitor production records and report daily progress.
- Identify production issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
