We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller – Marketing to connect with potential customers, introduce our software solutions, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build customer interest over phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided database.
- Introduce the company's software products and services.
- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule product demonstrations or meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, or WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead updates and campaign activities.
Required Skills
- Valuable verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or marketing will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
