- Provide basic nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report abnormalities to the concerned medical staff.
- Assist doctors and registered nurses during examinations, treatments, and minor procedures.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed and within the scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure infection prevention and control measures are followed at all times.
- Prepare and maintain patient care areas, equipment, and medical supplies.
- Educate patients and their families on health, hygiene, nutrition, and post-treatment care.
- Assist in emergency care and patient transfers when required.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies and ethical standards.
- Participate in training programs, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings.
Qualifications
- ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife)
certification from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the appropriate Nursing Council as per applicable regulations.
- Previous hospital experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Required Skills
- Sound knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Basic knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices.
- Ability to maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and qualified attitude.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
