Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced sales professional from the Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry to drive business growth, manage customer relationships, and achieve revenue and gross profit targets. The role involves handling key accounts, expanding the customer base, and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business and expand market presence in freight forwarding/logistics.
- Achieve individual and team sales & GP targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups and ensure high service quality.




- Monitor sales performance and control operational expenses.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM/sales software.

Requirements

- 5–8+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics Sales.
- Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Import & Export logistics.
- Proven experience in business development and client acquisition.
- Team handling experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM or sales management software.
