Key Responsibilities

- Client Consultation & Content Gathering:
- Conduct intake interviews or review client questionnaires/existing documents to understand career goals, accomplishments, and skills.
- Extract quantifiable achievements and key value propositions from client feedback.
- Document Creation & Optimization:
- Write clear, tailored, and visually appealing resumes, CVs, cover letters, and LinkedIn profile content.
- Incorporate target industry keywords and formatting best practices to ensure ATS optimization.
- Edit and proofread documents for tone, grammar, clarity, and consistency.
- Client Revisions & Satisfaction:
- Work constructively with clients during review rounds to implement feedback and address edits.
- Deliver high-quality finalized documents within agreed turn-around times.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Experience:



1–3+ years of professional writing, editing, recruiting, or resume writing experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, HR, or a related field.
- ATS & Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of up-to-date resume formats, recruitment trends, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Communication & Editing: Flawless grammar, proofreading skills, and the ability to articulate technical or complex career achievements clearly.
- Certifications (Bonus): Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) or National Resume Writers' Association (NRWA) certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
