About the Role

“Besocial” is an AI-driven social media growth platform that helps brands and influencers automate high-quality content creation and audience engagement.

- For Brands: Create consistent, high-performing organic content using their digital assets
- For Influencers/Creators: Build personal brands at scale using AI-powered content tools

We are looking for a Sales Executive who will be the face of the company for early customers and play a key role in building our sales engine from scratch. This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role involving field sales, lead generation, product demos, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, LinkedIn, Instagram, and communities
- Prospect and pitch to brands, businesses, and influencers/creators
- Conduct high-energy product demos and showcase real-time platform capabilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Drive trial-to-paid conversions by guiding clients through platform onboarding and usage
- Act as a consultative seller / growth advisor to help clients achieve results
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Understand client needs including:
- Brands: ROI, consistency, compliance
- Influencers: aesthetics, authenticity, growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track and report daily sales activities, pipeline, and conversions




- Share market insights and customer feedback with product and leadership teams

Targets & Performance Metrics

- Monthly & quarterly revenue targets
- Lead generation and conversion rates
- Trial-to-paid conversion ratio
- Customer acquisition and retention

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–6 years of experience in SaaS sales / MarTech / Digital Marketing / B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, trends, engagement)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with:
- Field sales and client meetings
- Cold calling, outreach, and follow-ups
- Online demos (Zoom/Google Meet)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (content, branding, ads, SEO) is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Technology / IT / Computer Science with MBA (Marketing) OR
- Graduate with Marketing / Sales specialization OR
- Any relevant education in sales, marketing, or business

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
