Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with 4–5 years of experience in building modern web applications using .NET and React.js. The ideal candidate should possess strong front-end development expertise along with solid back-end and database skills. This role requires an independent contributor who can develop enterprise-grade applications, enhance legacy systems, and collaborate effectively within an Agile Shared Services environment.

The candidate should be comfortable working across multiple applications, adapting to changing priorities, and delivering high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.

Must-Have Skills

Front-End Development

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with responsive UI development and component-based architecture
- Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization and debugging
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs

Back-End Development

- Solid experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs and Microservices
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and Design Patterns

Database

- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Query optimization and performance tuning
- Stored Procedures, Views, Indexing, and SQL performance optimization

DevOps & Version Control





- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Git
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar DevOps tools

Cloud

- Working knowledge of cloud platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (Preferred)
- Exposure to AWS or GCP

Software Development

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement
- Code Reviews, Continuous Integration, and Automated Testing

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple applications and changing priorities
- Strong ownership and attention to detail

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Docker and containerization
- Exposure to AWS or GCP
- Experience modernizing legacy applications
- Knowledge of application architecture and technical design
- Experience working in Shared Services or enterprise application support environments
- Understanding of application monitoring and deployment best practices

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test,



and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React.js and .NET.
- Develop responsive, high-performance, and user-friendly web applications.
- Build secure backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using ASP.NET Core.
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases for performance and scalability.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, and code reviews.
- Enhance and modernize existing legacy applications.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and development teams.
- Deliver high-quality solutions independently with minimal guidance.
- Contribute to engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Effectively manage multiple workstreams and adapt to changing business priorities.
