Eduguru Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and energetic Soft Skills Trainer to help students develop strong English speaking, communication, personality development, and employability skills. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver engaging training sessions that build students' confidence and prepare them for academic and qualified success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Spoken English and Communication Skills training sessions.
- Train students in personality development, public speaking, and presentation skills.
- Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, and workplace communication.
- Design interactive lesson plans, activities, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
