Position: QC Engineer

Location: Karjan, Gujarat
Experience: 3–4 Years
Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering
Salary: ₹4.5 – ₹5.5 LPA
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products as per drawings and specifications.
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/ASME/ASTM quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Calibrate and maintain measuring instruments.
- Follow 5S and safety standards in the quality work area.

Requirements

- B.E. Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–4 years of experience in Quality Control/Inspection in a manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Indicator, and CMM (preferred).
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;
- Valuable analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
