About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to support our project teams in planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, technical teams, and management, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and assist in the execution of multiple technical projects simultaneously.
- Work closely with project managers and technical teams to track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
- Serve as a communication link between clients and internal teams to clarify requirements and resolve queries.
- Monitor risks, escalate issues, and ensure adherence to project goals and deadlines.
- Support in resource allocation, task assignments, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and reporting formats.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in project coordination/management within a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, JIRA, Trello, or other project management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,840.15 - ₹70,000.00 per month
