Gold Coins and Club Resort is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations, and will play a key role in managing the end-to-end hiring process and onboarding of recent employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various roles
- Screen and evaluate resumes (CV screening) based on job requirements
- Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate with hiring managers
- Schedule and manage virtual interviews
- Conduct face-to-face HR interviews
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage onboarding and induction process for new hires
- Maintain candidate and employee records
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong understanding of hiring processes and interview coordination
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- At lease 6 Months of Experience in hospitality or service industry
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle
