- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
- Maintain proper inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and reordering as needed.
- Issue materials/products based on internal requisitions.
- Maintain accurate records of stock in software and/or physical registers.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and preservation of materials.
- Follow safety and cleanliness standards in the store area.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports for management.
- Handle documentation such as GRN (Goods Receipt Note), invoices, delivery challans, etc.
