Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle including invoice processing, PO-GRN-Invoice matching, accounting, and payment execution.
- Handle vendor onboarding, vendor queries, reconciliation, and maintain robust vendor relationships.
- Ensure payment approvals, controls, audit documentation, and prevention of duplicate payments.
- Manage AP ageing, vendor reconciliation, provisions, accruals, and month-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance related to GST, TDS, RCM, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports including vendor outstanding, payment schedules, forecasts, and reconciliation reports.
- Review employee reimbursement claims and ensure timely processing.
- Support internal, statutory, and tax audits by providing required schedules and documentation.
- Ensure ERP transaction accuracy and support process improvement initiatives.

Qualification:
B.Com/M.Com

Experience:
2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, P2P operations, vendor management, and finance processes.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
