We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector with 1–5 years of experience in the wire and cable manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that raw materials, in-process products, and finished cables meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of wire and cable products.

· Conduct dimensional, electrical, and mechanical tests as per quality standards.

· Inspect conductor, insulation, sheathing, and finished cable parameters.

· Operate and maintain quality testing equipment such as micrometers, vernier calipers, spark testers, tensile testers, and insulation resistance testers.

· Record inspection results and prepare quality reports.

· Identify product defects, raise non-conformance reports (NCRs), and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

· Ensure compliance with ISO quality systems, customer specifications, and safety standards.

· Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

· Maintain calibration records and inspection documentation.





· Support internal and external quality audits.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.

· B.sc Physics/Chemistry (for Lab roles)

· 1–5 years of experience in quality inspection within the wire and cable manufacturing industry.

· Knowledge of cable manufacturing processes and quality standards.

· Familiarity with testing standards such as IS, IEC, ASTM, or customer specifications.

· Ability to read technical drawings and inspection documents.

· Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, and quality documentation).

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with root cause analysis and quality improvement tools.

· Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems.

· Solid attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

Location

· Solavampalayam Village ,Kinathukadavu - Coimbatore.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
