Role Overview

We are seeking a highly disciplined and process-driven CRM Executive responsible for managing customer relationships with precision, consistency, and professionalism. The role demands strict adherence to follow-up systems, accurate data management, and structured communication, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and manage customer data within CRM systems with complete accuracy
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with clients as per defined timelines
- Handle client communication (calls, messages, emails) in a professional and structured manner
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations,



and Production teams for smooth execution
- Track and update client status, requirements, and progress without delay
- Monitor pending tasks and ensure closure within defined timelines
- Address client concerns promptly and escalate critical issues when required
- Generate and maintain daily/weekly CRM reports and follow-up trackers

Required Skills

- Strong communication skills with a professional and disciplined approach
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (data tracking, reporting)
- High attention to detail with zero tolerance for data errors
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge and email communication
