Responsibilities of the Candidate:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee and manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Manage and optimize website performance, ensuring a seamless user experience and driving conversions.
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies, including content creation, advertising, and community engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Drive content personalization initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven expertise in utilizing SEO Tools for driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
- Demonstrated ability in Content Personalization to create tailored user experiences and increase engagement.
- Extensive experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM), including strategy development and execution.
- Solid capabilities in Website Performance Optimization and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth user journey.
- Proficiency in various Technical Skills relevant to digital marketing operations.
- Excellent Content Writing skills for creating compelling and engaging marketing materials.
- Experience in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Advertising (Facebook Ads).
- Strategic thinking and execution in developing and implementing Social Media Strategy.
