We are looking for skilled and proactive Event Production Technician. This role supports meetings, webinars and events .

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in audio-visual production, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be outgoing and enjoy working in a team environment and independently as required.

The candidate must have a strong meeting support background, as they will collaborate with clients, consultants, and our technical teams to define the necessary conferencing technologies required to deliver a successful briefing experience. Responsibilities include, and are not limited to, interacting with clients daily, ensuring that conferencing equipment is in working order and working with team members to achieve organizational goals and providing local or remote meeting support as needed.

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in IT)

· Proven experience in audio-video (A/V) operations / meeting support (5-7 years)

· Must have strong technical and interpersonal skills.

· Comfortable interacting with executive level management

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and perform under pressure





· Set-up daily meetings and provide meeting support remotely utilizing current collaboration tools.

· Strong Windows and Mac knowledge

· Working knowledge in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Excellent troubleshooting skills

· Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written

· Flexibility in work schedule to map to business requirements, including occasional on-call support.

· Ability to demonstrate & learn current technical procedures.

· Continuous focus on service improvements, both technical and process oriented.

· Working knowledge of streaming/broadcasting events. (Preferred vMix, OBS, MS Teams, Teams Live Events, Kaltura)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
