Position: Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Execute interior fit-out and turnkey projects as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Supervise day-to-day site activities, labour, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, MEP teams, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of materials at site.
- Monitor project progress and maintain daily site reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Identify and resolve site issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Support project handover by ensuring completion of snag-free work and documentation.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out/turnkey projects (hospital, commercial, hospitality, or industrial projects preferred).
- Ability to interpret drawings and coordinate execution effectively.
- Valuable communication, planning, and team coordination skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
