We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our team and drive business expansion.

Job Summary
As a Business Development Officer, your primary focus will be to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and secure contracts for both Industrial Painting and Civil Projects/Maintenance. You will actively network with industrial clients, real estate builders, infrastructure companies, and contractors to drive corporate sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities for civil construction, industrial painting, building renovation, and structural maintenance in industrial zones and commercial hubs.




- Client Networking & Pitching: Arrange and attend corporate meetings with project managers, structural engineers, builders, civil contractors, factory owners, and corporate clients to present company services.
- Site Inspection & Measurement: Coordinate with the technical team to understand site requirements, evaluate civil repairs/painting areas, and interpret site layouts/measurements.
- Quotations & Bidding: Prepare and submit accurate technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders aligned with client requirements.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle client discussions regarding budgets, timelines, and contract conditions effectively to close high-value projects successfully.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dahej, Gujarat (Dahej)
