Role Overview

Petra Creations is a leading corporate gifting and branding solution provider in Kerala. We are looking for a result-driven, proactive *Sales Officer* to expand our client footprint. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through both *Institutional Sales* and *Direct Sales*. This is a field-heavy role requiring active travel across Kochi and neighbouring regions to meet clients and close bulk order deals.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Client Acquisition: Identify potential institutional buyers (corporates, schools/colleges, government agencies, hospitals) and establish initial contact.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, procurement heads, and administrative leads.

Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales pipeline—including cold calling, setting up meetings, delivering presentations, negotiating commercials, and closing deals.

Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activities,



and market changes to identify current institutional avenues for business growth.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly institutional sales volume and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience specifically in institutional, corporate (B2B), or direct sales. (Experience in corporate gifting, printing, or advertising services is a major plus).

Mandatory Asset: Must own a functional two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license for regular field visits.

Communication: Strong verbal communication and presentation skills in Malayalam and English to confidently engage with corporate clients.

Skills: Solid negotiation skills, goal-oriented mindset, and basic knowledge of maintaining sales reports.
