About the Company

Vedalex World Class Products Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing Ayurveda and FMCG company committed to delivering high-quality herbal and wellness products across India. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to efficiently manage our store operations, inventory, team, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, stock inward/outward, and stock reconciliation.
- Maintain optimum stock levels and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Supervise billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
- Monitor product availability, expiry dates, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve operational excellence.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Warehouse, Sales, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper merchandising, cleanliness, and maintenance of the store.
- Conduct regular stock audits and prepare MIS reports.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 3-4 years of experience as a Store Manager in FMCG, Retail, Ayurveda, Pharma, or Consumer Goods Industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, store operations, stock audit, and ERP/POS systems.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
