We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Trainer who will not only train and mentor teachers but also actively conduct classes for young learners. The role requires a balance of hands-on teaching and teacher development to ensure a high-quality learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, age-appropriate classes for playschool children
- Train and mentor teachers on early childhood education practices
- Develop lesson plans and activity-based learning modules
- Monitor classroom quality through observations and feedback
- Ensure curriculum is delivered effectively across all classrooms
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and demo classes
- Support teachers in improving classroom management and student engagement
Requirements
- Degree in Early Childhood Education / Education
- 2+ years of experience in preschool teaching (training experience is a plus)
- Solid knowledge of Montessori / Play-way methods
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
