Job description:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of experience to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be skilled in SEO, Google Ads, Instagram marketing, and website/blog content management, with a strong focus on bringing potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve Google search rankings.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video).
- Design engaging and relevant content for Instagram – including reels, posts, and stories.
- Maintain and update the website, ensuring all content is current, optimized, and user-friendly.
- Write and upload blogs regularly to boost organic traffic and educate potential clients.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Generate and convert leads into walk-ins through digital engagement and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with designers or freelancers for creatives and media content.
- Stay up to date with digital trends,



especially in the wellness and beauty industry.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing .
- Strong command of SEO, Google Ads, Instagram, and basic website CMS tools (WordPress, Wix, etc.).
- Good writing skills for blogs and social media.
- Ability to think creatively and work independently.
- Communication in English, Tamil ,and Hindi preferred.

Preferred Skills:

- Basic knowledge of Canva , Coral draw or video editing tools.
- Familiarity with WordPress or website back-end updates.
- Prior experience in clinic or wellness brand promotions.
- Participation in events , stalls
- Represent institution in public platforms.

Supplemental Pay:
