We are hiring for Diamond Sales Expert to drive sales of diamond jewellery and certified diamonds. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of diamonds, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while achieving sales targets. Knowledge of diamond grading, certifications, pricing, and current jewellery trends is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell certified diamonds, diamond jewellery, and luxury jewellery products to retail and corporate clients.
- Guide customers on diamond quality, including the 4Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat) and certification standards.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on budget and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate current business opportunities through referrals, networking, exhibitions, and client visits.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
