The HDPE Pipeline Project Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day execution of HDPE pipeline works, ensuring that all activities are completed safely, on schedule, and according to project specifications and quality standards. The role includes managing manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and coordinating with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, QA/QC, and client representatives.

- Supervise HDPE pipeline laying, jointing, welding, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Monitor trench excavation, bedding, pipe laying, backfilling, and reinstatement works.
- Supervise HDPE butt fusion and electrofusion welding activities and ensure compliance with approved procedures.
- Coordinate with survey, QA/QC, safety, and client teams for smooth execution.
- Allocate daily work to site teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor manpower, machinery, materials, and productivity.
- Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and consumables at the work site.




- Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce all safety requirements.
- Report daily work progress, delays, and resource requirements to the Project Manager.
- Maintain daily site records, work logs, and progress reports.
- Support inspections, pressure testing, hydro testing, flushing, and commissioning activities.
- Identify and resolve site issues to minimize delays.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and HSE regulations.
- Strong knowledge of HDPE pipeline installation methods.
- Experience in butt fusion and electrofusion welding supervision.
- Knowledge of pressure testing and commissioning procedures.
- Ability to read construction drawings and pipeline layouts.
- Positive leadership and team management skills.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Excel for reporting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
