Location: Premium Vertical: Goregaon East

DLP Vertical: Goregaon East, Thane, Chembur & Pune.

Role Overview

Counsel prospective learners, understand career aspirations, recommend suitable executive education programs, and drive admissions through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students/working professionals
- Handle inbound & outbound leads
- Conduct phone/virtual counseling
- Explain courses, fees, eligibility & outcomes
- Follow-up and convert leads
- Meet revenue/admission targets
- Update CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Deliver ethical, customer-centric counseling

Ideal Candidate

Education: HSC accepted; Graduate/Postgraduate preferred.

Experience:



6 months to 1 year Hardcore outbound sales experience (non-field). EdTech preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication, confidence, fluency and sales aptitude are mandatory.

**NOTE- CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Compensation DLP: Up to 65,000 net/month.

Premium: Up to 70,000/month.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
