Job Summary

MyScaai Bharat Construction Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets for residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the construction industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable construction solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the estimation, design, and project execution teams.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering,



or a related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Construction Business Development (Mandatory).
- Proven track record in client acquisition and achieving sales targets.

Required Skills

- Solid business development and sales skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience in residential and commercial construction sales.
- Client relationship management and lead generation expertise.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
