Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and target-oriented TeleSales Callers responsible for generating leads,

explaining company products, and converting prospects into customers through effective telephonic

communication.

Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

 Explain Warivo Electric Mobility products and services.

 Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.

 Maintain daily call reports.

 Follow up with interested customers.

 Update customer details in CRM software.

 Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

 Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion.

 Resolve basic customer queries.

Required Skills





 Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).

 Persuasive and convincing personality.

 Basic computer knowledge.

 CRM software knowledge is an advantage.

 Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

 Graduate or Undergraduate.

 Experience in Telecalling, BPO, or Sales is preferred.
