Experience
3 to 5 yrs of sales/BD experience
Skillset Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field in selling IT Services.
- Proven track record of at least 2 Years of successful experience in business development or sales in ITES organisation, preferably in KPO/BPO with customer facing experience.
- Experience in data quality, analytics service industry is nice to have.
- Strong knowledge of market trends and industry-specific challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
